KVKK and Our Product Principles

Our solutions are designed for occupational safety, emergency response and site security. The principles below limit product scope.

No biometric data

Face recognition, fingerprint, iris and similar biometric identification are out of scope. Biometrics are not used for timekeeping.

No health / vital measurement

Heart rate, breathing and health anomalies are not measured. Radar only raises fall and unexpected-immobility alerts.

No performance or timekeeping

We do not offer how-long-someone-stayed reports, productivity scores or HR/timekeeping integration for discipline.

No customer or visitor profiles

No heatmaps, customer journeys, personalised offers or loyalty profiles. Retail and events are for wayfinding and occupancy.

Anonymous counts and safety events

Camera analytics produce anonymous headcount, fire/smoke, zone PPE alerts and proximity alarms. No identity archive.

Purpose: OHS and emergency response

Badge/wristband location is for hazard zones, panic buttons, evacuation and equipment availability — a narrow, proportionate purpose.

This page describes product design principles; it is not legal advice. The customer organisation is the data controller at deployment; purpose, retention and notice must be set on site.
